Payment Policy
• Valid credit card details required to guarantee the booking.
• Non refundable deposit required for total payment more than US $ 3,000 and for staying during peak season period (20 Dec – 5 Jan).
• Non refundable 50% deposits from total stay are required for booking during peak season period (20 Dec – 5 Jan).
• Non refundable 1 night deposit from total stay is required for booking during high season period (01 Jul – 15 Sept).
• All transaction by credit card would be process into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on the valid exchange rate.
* Rate is exclude high/peak season surcharge.
