Terrible payment experience! I booked directly through Nau Villa’s website, paid in full via credit card, and received a confirmation showing zero balance due. Now the hotel claims they didn’t receive the payment and is providing no real help. No refund, no resolution—just ghosting my messages. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
